Witness (Subscription)
Witness letters ship monthly, typically around the 15th of each month, to the address on file at checkout. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and up to date — we are not responsible for letters lost due to an incorrect or outdated address on file.
- Domestic (U.S.): please allow up to 2 weeks from the ship date for delivery.
- International: please allow up to 6 weeks from the ship date for delivery, as delivery times vary depending on your country's postal service and customs processing.
If your letter hasn't arrived after the timeframes above, please contact us at *** and we'll help sort it out.
One-time purchases
Orders are processed and shipped within *** business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation once your order has shipped.
- Domestic (U.S.): estimated delivery within *** business days after shipping.
- International: estimated delivery within *** business days after shipping, plus any additional time required for customs clearance in your country.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country upon arrival. These charges are separate from your order total and are not something we can predict or cover.
Lost or damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all within the windows above, please reach out to us at *** — we want to make it right.
Address changes
Need to update your shipping address for an upcoming letter? Contact us at *** before the 1st of the month to make sure the change applies to your next delivery.
