I hope to always make things right for you. TFT and Witness subscribers are the entire reason this exists, and your happiness matters to me. 

Subscriptions

You may cancel your Witness subscription at any time. Cancellation timing determines which delivery is your last:

• If you cancel on or after the 1st of the month, you will still receive that month's letter. For example, canceling on April 1st means you will still receive the April letter, and your subscription will end after that.
• If you cancel before the 1st of the month, you will not be charged for or receive the upcoming month's letter.

Subscription payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

One-time purchases

All one-time purchases are final and non-refundable.

Non-arrival or damage

If your envelope doesn't arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we'll make it right by sending a replacement.

• Domestic: please allow 2 weeks from your expected ship date before reaching out
• International: please allow 6 weeks from your expected ship date before reaching out
